Welcome to Zen Yoga with Paula 
 

Beginner Class

Here you can expect a relaxed friendly environment allowing you to move and open your body up as much as you feel comfortable. The class will aim to be inclusive to all yoga abilities so that everyone feels the same sense of stretching and stimulation.

There will be a short section at the end for pure relaxation enabling you to empty the mind before returning to your new self ♥️.

Energise Class

This class is aimed as the next step from my Beginner Yoga Class...

Already having your good foundation in strength, mobility and flexibility, this class will aim to move you to the next level by exploring more positions, more breathwork and gaining a deeper understanding of yoga living.

There will be a short section at the end for pure relaxation enabling you to empty the mind before returning to your new self.

Stretch & Unwind Sound Bath

We all have moments in life when times are stressful, or you feel like you're starting to lose control. This class is designed to help you relax both physically and mentally.

 

Allowing you to refresh and reset in order to get the best version of you, this class is split into 2 halves.  Starting with slow stretching to release any joint and muscle tension followed by some breathwork, and then a sound bath using crystal sound bowls.

Studies have shown that sound bowl meditation can produce physiological and psychological responses, reducing negative affect and increasing positive affect such as improved blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate.

~  Please bring your own drink, yoga mat and bricks / blocks if required.

~  You can wear comfortable clothes that won't restrict your movement.

~  Parking is available at the front of the entrances.
